Dall’intervista a uno dei sopravvissuti del Bataclan:
«Che cosa avete imparato da questa cosa così straordinaria che vi è capitata?».
«Che la vita è appesa a un filo, e che c’è bisogno di apprezzarla, e che non c’era niente di più serio che il fatto che eravamo ancora vivi» (…) I semplici momenti di una vita fanno parte delle cose più belle che possiamo avere, e di questo non ce ne rendiamo conto se non quando ci capitano delle sorti di elettrochoc come quello che ho vissuto. Ho l’impressione di essere nato una seconda volta e voglio fare in modo di gustare questa nuova vita che mi è stata offerta».

From the interview with a survivor of the Bataclan:
“What did you learn from this thing so extraordinary that it happened to you?”.
“That life is hanging by a thread, and you have to appreciate it, and that there was nothing more serious than the fact that we were still alive,” (…) The simple moments of life are part of the most beautiful things that we can have, and that we don’t realize it, except when happen to us some electroshock as what I have experienced. I have the impression of being born a second time and I want to fully enjoy this new life that was offered to me”.
